How The Success Lab Works
Day 1
Define Your Goal
For every bootcamp participant, I’ll help you look at your current goal and make it clearer or stronger if you already have one. If you don’t have a goal yet, we’ll work together to figure out what matters most to you and set a goal that matches where you are in life right now.


Days 2-3
Rapid Execution
Speed is super important for reaching your goals. For two days, we’ll help keep you on track and make sure you set aside enough time to get a lot done. By the end, you’ll have made great progress on your goal!
Day 4
KPI Refinement
In this session, we’ll talk about how much progress you’ve made on your goal. We’ll check how well you’re doing and help you adjust your daily actions to make sure you succeed as quickly as possible.


Days 5-6
Sprint To The Finish
During this session, we’ll talk about how much progress you’ve made on your goal. We’ll check important steps and help you adjust your daily actions to make sure you reach success as fast as possible
Day 7
Review and Reassess
By this point, participants will have either achieved their goals or will have made a massive dent in progress. During this session, participants will be given material that will help them review their progress and address any changes that need to be made for Week 2.

Week 2

During Week 2, we're putting everything learned from Week 1 and putting it into practice again. Participants will be expected to narrow down their focus on their current goal and make as much progress as possible. 3 Group sessions will be had on Day 1, 4, and Day 7 of Week 2 to assess the participants' progress.
